We just had you folks put in a new furnace for us. We were very pleased with everyone involved, from Jennie in the office to Mike who gave us the bid and the tech who came out and put in the new 95% efficient furnace in one morning! The new furnace heats up the house in half the time as before and with less noise. The a/c even works better! Chino Heating and Cooling has been our vendor of choice for 10 years now and we are very pleased! We submitted a very positive review with the Prescott BBB and highly recommend you and your staff!

VERY PROFESSIONAL!
Last fall, in the midst of the heat wave, our eleven year old heating/cooling unit ceased to provide cool air for our home. When I called Chino Heating & Cooling to ask for service, a technician arrived to our home the very next day. His inspection revealed the need for a major repair, so we decided to replace our existing unit with a new, more efficient model.

Within a day or two, the technician came to our home to present our options to us. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The technician clearly explained how the various units worked and what their differences were. He gave us a concise and clear cost breakdown for each type of unit, including information regarding manufacture rebates, APS rebate amounts, and tax credits available. After our meeting, the office staff at Chino Heating & Cooling worked with our insurance company to provide them with information requested; our agent commented to us that Chino Heating & Cooling was very efficient and prompt. The office staff and technicians took care of all the paperwork required for our rebates; all we had to do was retrieve our checks from the mail.

On the day of our scheduled installation, technicians arrived on time, worked tirelessly, and completed the job in one day. They were truly some of the nicest people we have ever had working in our home. They did a top-notch job of installing our system. Everyone was friendly. Courteous, and professional. We felt as if we had family members in our home.

Later in the day, Mike came over to inspect the new unit personally and made sure that everything was working as expected. He made sure that we understood the company policy of 24/7 availability – Chino Heating & Cooling customers can call at any time, night or day, if they are having issues with their systems. We did have an issue about two months later, and when we called to ask for some help, Terry was out and on our roof late at night on a very cold evening! He took care of the problem and did not leave until we were all satisfied that the system was running smoothly.

Without reservation, we would recommend Chino Heating & Cooling to anyone needing repair or replacement of heating/cooling system. Their products are excellent, their customer service is superior, and the quality of their work is impeccable. From the initial sales call, through the scheduling of work, paperwork completion, installation, personal follow-up by the owner, and support after the system was up and running, our experience with this company has been a pleasure. With such honesty, integrity, and genuine concern for its customers, we are very fortunate to have Chino Heating & Cooling as a part of our community.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you and ALL the employees of Chino Heating & Cooling for your professionalism and workmanship while installing the heating and air conditioning unit on my house in Prescott Valley.
​
You were never late for our appointment and arranged your time to fit my schedule while I was in Prescott Valley. I appreciate the time you spent helping me decide on the appropriate unit for the house and informing me of all the rebates available to me.
The crew and technicians were super. The solved the problem with the unit and completed the removal of the old unit and installation of the new in one day and the service tech stayed late to make sure the unit was operational. At a later date, a minor problem with a faulty thermostat was fixed the same day we reported the problem.

Again, let me state that everyone at Chino Heating & cooling have always been very courteous and professional and I would recommend them to anyone wanting efficient customer service and good, quality workmanship.
